bss acquires M-Corp to strengthen technical capabilities

M-Corp, one of the leading digital agencies, has today been acquired by bss, one of the UK’s leading provider of outsourced multi-channel public and customer contact services. M-Corp has a track record of delivering robust and creative technical solutions, including web design, mobile platforms and content management systems for clients that include LV=, Kimberly-Clark Professional and RSPCA.

The acquisition of M-Corp further strengthens bss’s portfolio of technology solutions and cements its position as one of the UK’s leading outsourced customer contact providers with capabilities ranging from contact centres to web design and web self-help, to mailroom fulfilment and mobile optimised websites and apps.

M-Corp was founded in 1998 and its solutions include web and mobile applications, SharePoint, e-Commerce and Content Management Systems (CMS). The digital agency has developed its own CMS called Continuity which allows companies to manage their web communications seamlessly by integrating their back and front office systems, without the need for expensive software.
