Overview

Liverpool Victoria are responsible for over 40 separate affinity partner websites, originally built through different technologies and hosted by a variety of suppliers. Not only did they need to rationalise this configuration, but they needed a fresh new look following a full scale re-brand.

M-Corp deliverables

M-Corp used their Continuity CMS content management system to provide the platform for developing all existing and future websites. The solution supports the development of multiple sites within a single administration system and enables the roll-out of common content across specified sites.

The new LV= brand was crafted to fit the multiple requirements of usability, accessibility, functionality and flexibility. Level two compliance was achieved under the W3C accessibility guidelines. The home page was carefully laid out to ensure the right amount of focus is given to the most important products, while the main message is clearly conveyed by the use of Flash promotions.  Clear calls to action are separated from the main content, so users can see what their options are at all times.

Was the project a success?

The Continuity solution now underpins over 60 websites for Liverpool Victoria, delivering over £100m of revenue each year. M-Corp has recently been selected to provide a 5-year digital strategy for the company.
