Phonesdirect are one of the UK's leading resellers of HTC and BlackBerry smartphones and provide a premium online service to their customers through post sales support, software upgrades and device configuration.
Objectives
To design and develop a clean and simple to navigate ecommerce site which reflects the premium offer of the brand and provides an enjoyable, hassle free experience for the user.
Solution
Starting from the Phonesdirect logo we created a clean and easy to use shopping experience built on our Continuity platform. The pricing mechanism and product features are managed using a bespoke import mechanism enabling Phonesdirect to quickly change prices and devices in one click at any time.
The result
Traffic targets have been exceeded and conversions rates are over 15%. Phonesdirect are rolling the site out to other European markets

Hugh Symons Communications
Hugh Symons Communications, part of The Carphone Warehouse Group, are one of the UK's largest resellers of mobile devices, airtime and accessories to the independent dealer channel. They wanted a Dealer Extranet, providing a CRM portal which integrates with their back-end Oracle system to provide secure online ordering, real-time stock and account status.
Objectives
To drive HSC dealers online to reduce staff overhead and lock-in dealers with a hassle free solution to help plan and manage their businesses. To provide a single point-of-contact for all HSC dealers.
M-Corp solution
Create a new online brand identity and front-end design, presented through M-Corp's Continuity CMS platform. Design, build and develop a seamless bridge to the back-end Oracle system.
The result
Within 6 weeks, online transactions had increased significantly reducing off-line trading by an equivalent amount, reducing fulfilment costs and allowing sales staff to focus on outbound sales instead of stock management. Dealer churn has also decreased.

Objectives
To find a long-term digital partner who can help bring their products and brands to life for their customers and distributors in Europe, Asia and the Middle East.
The solution
Design, build and manage multiple product campaign websites with a CMS which is easy to use, manage and administer in over 25 languages. Generate site traffic through natural and paid search to reach out to new distributor customers across Europe and the Middle East.
The result
In 18 months, M-Corp have delivered 65 websites in 27 languages, administered by over 50 KCP staff in 19 countries.

Complete Cruise Solution
Complete Cruise Solution is the trade facing arm for P&O Cruises, Princess Cruises, Ocean Village and Cunard, the most famous ocean line cruise company in the world. Complete Cruise Solutions are dedicated to providing cruise packages to travel agents.
Objectives
To educate and train over 10,000 travel agent staff across the UK to equip them with the knowledge, skill and expertise to sell cruise travel.
The solution
Built on the Continuity framework the ‘Waves of Wisdom’ e-learning programme provides a simple and inspiring series of training courses, hints and tips and benefits to any level of travel agent staff wishing to sell cruises.
The result
With over 7000 registered members the Waves of Wisdom e-learning programme enjoys regular high traffic of users wishing to learn more about cruises. With continual development including new courses, guided video tours of the fleet and interactive feedback, Waves of Wisdom works.

LV= Are the UK's largest friendly society providing a range of insurance, savings and investment products direct to consumers and through intermediaries.
M-Corp
M-Corp designs, builds and maintains the LV= suite of websites that provide the gateway for online sales and customer management.

ElectraLink support the operation and the governance of the UK Gas and Electricity industry. As recognised experts in energy processes, ElectraLink provide data, information management and consultancy services.
Objectives
Electralink needed to provide a series of information share portals to enable its customer users to collaborate on UK governance and practices which regulate the utilities.
The solution
M-Corp designed and developed a family of secure web portals enabling users to view, share and download documentation as well as vote on change management that regulates their industry. Using our solution Electralink are able to collaborate and manage industry change and regulation.
M-Corp also provide Electralink with a complete managed solution for the three Electralink websites with dedicated hosting and support.

Independent Living Solutions
Independent Living Solutions (ILS) is one of the UKs largest Case Management and Rehabilitation companies handling a large number of catastrophic injury cases every year. It has a head office in Wiltshire with case managers located throughout the UK.
Objectives
ILS approached M-Corp to improve its IT infrastructure and network resilience, provide a solution to manage the workflow and document management across the group and improve communications with its case managers in their numerous locations.
The Solution
M-Corp carried out an audit of the existing set-up, strengthened the core IT infrastructure and improved its network performance and reliability. It then conducted some business analysis with the organisation to examine the numerous processes across each business unit and mapped workflows through the organisation. It then designed and deployed a Microsoft SharePoint solution as a platform to drive business efficiencies and improve communication with its disparate workforce.
The result
The solution is now being adopted across the organisation by head office staff and remote case workers alike and is the central hub for all activities. It also provides the management team with the information necessary to make better informed decisions and help make the business more efficient and improve profitability. M-Corp continue to provide ILS with on-going support and system enhancements to ensure the maximum return on its investment.

The Property Ombudsman
The Property Ombudsman (TPO) offers a free, fair and independent service for buyers, sellers, tenants and landlords of property in the UK. It handles unsolved disputes between member agents and consumers who are actual or potential buyers of residential property in the UK. It has a head office management and administration base handling membership enquiries and initial complaints and a team of case managers who work remotely but need regular contact with support staff and the Ombudsman.
Objectives
To upgrade and manage the TPO IT infrastructure and to investigate how it could consolidate its disparate systems.
The Solution
M-Corp conducted an audit of TPO’s IT infrastructure to use as a baseline for future improvements. We then installed new hardware and software to reduce risk of system failure and improve performance. M-corp also carried out business analysis to fully understand the roles played by each business unit and the processes used within each area, and worked with the senior management of the organisation to help them scope the requirements and improvements they were looking for as a result of the review.
The result
The TPO is currently completing this review with a goal to implement a new consolidated solution.

Bournemouth Symphony Orchestra
The BSO are recognised as one of the UK’s premier orchestras, playing concerts and events across the country. The BSO wanted to increase their online ticket sales and audience reach through a new website designed to increase repeat visits from interactive content, news and events.
Objectives
To deliver a new, easy to use, content managed website incorporating refreshed online branding, an online ticket purchasing mechanism and email marketing all integrated with a CRM system.
M-Corp solution
The solution combined creativity and technical expertise to create an engaging customer experience for both first time and repeat visitors. From usability study, business analysis, IA and creative concepts, we created a website that enabled quick purchasing of tickets, downloading of concerts and performances, archive, news and member’s forum.
The result
An increase in site traffic, increased share of online ticket sales and growth in BSO membership.

With complete freedom and a blank canvas, M-Corp designed and created an engaging and compelling brochureware site reflecting the brand’s proposition.

The Wirebird website continues to support and help the sales and marketing effort, facilitating lead generation helping win new business.

RSPCA
RSPCA, the UK's leading animal welfare charity, commissioned M-Corp to help them: 'Change the attitude of a generation'. They wanted to educate tomorrow's world today and ensure our children grow up with a sense of responsibility and compassion for animals.
Objectives
To come up with a cost-effective and wide-reaching solution which reached 500+ increasingly time-pressured teachers to research and plan National Curriculum linked class-room sessions with which to engage and educate children throughout their school years.
M-Corp solution
Create a central online portal that helped teachers to quickly and easily create lesson plans and resources to use in the classroom. We designed and developed a suite of 'interactive resources' including a highly interactive website to facilitate animal education for 7 to 9 year olds, complete with original characters, games and stories.
The result
Currently the website is being used by over 1,000 teachers a week - educating over 30,000 children a week - far in excess of the initial project objectives.
